Himalaya the "Abode of snow" a holy land, where Lord Shiva himself revealed the secrets of self-realization. Shiva is thought to be the supreme identity for the art of yoga. In these mountains Munis and Rishis once lived and the holy river Ganges has her source. Nobly towering peak of mount Kailash, where Shiva is said to dwell, rises to the north-west of sacred Manasarovar lake. This mystic mount is found in the thousand-petalled lotus (sahara padma) in the body of every human being, hence called Shiva -Sthana.

Samadhi (experience of unity of individual and universal),
and also basic knowledge of principles of Vastu (science
of space-energy applied Into our every day life) Ayurveda (ancient

The meaning of “Yoga” is: “to join
together”
or “to unite”, the physical, mental, metaphysical and psychological
levels of an individual.
When yoga is practiced, an internal “marriage” takes place
between the various competently parts of the body such as upper and lower
life energies, Solar and lunar vitalities, the head and the heart. Yoga
is the practice of transcending duality through conscious action, as such;
it takes place on both physical and metaphysical levels. Hatha yoga dynamically promotes the health and well being of the individual.
Consistently and correctly Practice of yoga will eliminate most of the
strain and stresses of modern life. Yoga rejuvenates
the mind and body by relaxing tense muscles, relaxing stress of nervous and tones up internal
organs and glandular systems.
Kundalini:
According to great Yogic and Tantric scripture Gherand Shmita states: “The
great goddess Kundalini the fundamental life force of
the self sleeps in sexual region of the body, she has a form of serpent.
As long as she remains asleep, the individual soul is limited in his action
and the knowledge does not arise, unless the right key unlocks the particular
door. So Hatha Yoga unlocks the door of kundalini, allowing the
self to experience the Brahma and obtain Liberation”. Further the Mahrishi
Gherand explains how Breath Retention, Visualization, Mental Repetition
Of Specific Sound Vibration And Certain Physical Postures together
awaken and control the great power of Kundalini.
