Himalayan yoga is guided by Yogi Ram. Our aim is to preserve the authentic traditional values of yogic discipline and to share these with pure intention. You will experience the wisdom of traditional hatha yoga. Everybody who wants to improve their quality of life with awareness, selfstudy and light is very much welcome to our school
We have come across people who pursue Yoga as a fancy or fun. Kindly be aware that Himalayan Yoga prefer to entertain requests of people who are really serious in their approach and attitude, willing to learn and treat Yoga as a source of Mystic Knowledge passed from generation to generation, and purse it with devotion and dedication.
