As without firm foundation a house cannot stand, same on the yogic path without the practice of the principle of Yama- The social-disciplines, & Niyama –The personal disciplines, which lay down the firm foundation for building character of yogic path, there cannot be an integrated personality. Practicing Yoga without the backing of Yama & Niyama is mere acrobatics’. The qualities demanded from an aspirant are discipline, faith, tenacity, surrender-ness and the perseverance to practice regularly without the interrupts. Therefore all these rule mention here are not to hold any student in grip of cultural behavior but to insure every student’s progress and balance on the yogic path.

1. Every student is requested to fulfill the registration formalities and submit the required information and course fee before the starting of the course.

2. Every student must follow the dress rule strictly as White Trouser and Shirt or T-Shirt.

3. Food must be taken at least two n half hours before the class.

4.The practice of higher Yoga requires absolutes freedom from every kind of sensual enjoyments, and desires, as its been explain in the Yogic scriptures that Brhamacharaya is the mental control of desire; it is a pure state of mind where physical or mental levels are deeply rooted in the pure conscious, not merely a outer celibacy. Therefore all the students are requested to try their best to discover the stage of good balance in between desire and self.

5. Every student must bring the drinking water with them.

6. Students must make the notes of every day teaching and if there is any question or doubt should clear at the lecture session.

7. All teacher Training students are highly requested not to join any other educational or entertainment programs during their course with Himalayan Yoga

8. Every student is requested to strictly follow the diet & living rule as mention by Yogi Ram

9. Yogic student must change their diet habits to only Sattvik food, which is free from use of: Meat, Eggs, Fish, Drugs, Smoke, Alcohol, Extra Spices, Oil, Fat, or any kind of distractive food which raises the desire or temptation level high.

10. For yoga students the traditional rule is to behave in pleasant and supporting manner, any kind of misbehavior with other student or teacher will be strictly concern as breaking of code of conduct of yogic path.

11. The teaching will follow the deep traditional rule of TRADITIONAL yoga method.

12. The flow of course or progress of students depends on the physical and intellectual capabilities as well as the life style of students in which they been living: therefore student have to be fully committed and obeying all the rules and disciplines of yogic path.

13. Himalayan Yoga or teachers do not take any responsibilities of the effects of past life. Therefore kindly do not try to force or puss the teacher to change the teaching method or teachings in any manner.

14. Every student is requested to inform about their every day physical or mental condition, also if they want teacher to assist them for practicing the postures, and about the force teacher can apply.

15. The theory or the explanation and teaching of yogic scriptures depend on student’s interest and intellectual abilities.

16. In Himalayan Yoga, our motive is not to teach any worldly religion in the name of yoga, but our service is to help you out to understand the traditional path of yoga. Same as all the true yogic scriptures are announcing that “Yoga is for every living being those are affected by sun and moon, day and night, life and death, and hold the aim of being balance and connected with total inner peace & joy by knowing the self or soul or Ataman.”
