Present human unhappiness is the result of accepting the lowest condition of our mind. By the practice of yoga all such conditionings can be over come easily” (Patanjali, Yoga Sutras).

The meaning of “Yoga” is: “to join together” or “to unite”, the physical, mental, metaphysical and psychological levels of an individual.

When yoga is practiced, an internal “marriage” takes place between the various competently parts of the body such as upper and lower life energies, solar and lunar vitalities, the head and the heart. Yoga is the practice of transcending duality through conscious action, as such; it takes place on both physical and metaphysical levels.

Yoga dynamically promotes the health and well being of the individual. Consistently and correctly practice of yoga will eliminate most of the strain and stresses of modern life. Yoga rejuvenates the mind and body by relaxing tense muscles, relaxing stress of nervous and tones up internal organs and glandular systems.
